We regularly map the special needs of job seekers on the competitive job market. We are also investigating the views on otherness in workplaces across Slovakia and other countries via our associated portals under Paylab.com. We ask companies what obstacles they see in regards to employing people with disabilities and we adjust our recommendations and procedures of inclusion of disabled people on the competitive job market accordingly.
When developing solutions we draw a great deal on global sources. We look at examples of good practice and evidence-based solutions. We differentiate critical skills needed for the competitive job market and work with our own assessment of the applicant, as well as the assessment of an independent observer during work.
